Create Individualized Plan

I will then create an individualized plan that will fit their personal needs and goals that combines the philosophies of allopathic medicine, integrative, functional, and lifestyle medicine.

My Methods

I combined many of these medicines to make a custom plan that works best for each patient.

Allopathic Medicine

This field of medicine is also commonly described as conventional medicine or Western medicine. Typically it is used to contrast with alternative medicine and is known as science based, modern medicine.

Lifestyle Medicine

Lifestyle Medicine explores the root causes of disease with evidenced based therapies such as diet, exercise, sleep, social connectivity and stress.

Integrative Medicine

This field of medicine looks to combine the best of conventional medicine with the best of alternative medicine to create an integrative approach. Integrative medicine consists of nutrition, herbs, supplements, Ayurveda, mind body medicine, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, aromatherapy, etc.

Functional Medicine

The philosophy of functional medicine is to get to the root cause of disease. It looks at a patient’s genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors to produce a personalized treatment plan

As A Patient
I was just like you!

I have experienced many years of pain from my autoimmune disease and arthritis. I understand how it feels to be a patient and understands that not every patient wants pharmaceutical drugs to get better.  I have been through the highs and lows of suffering from chronic disease and understand how hard it is to find the right doctor.  I still remember the days that I could not walk to work or had to take days off of school due to my chronic illness.  Luckily, I don’t have to think about that anymore as a patient as my disease has improved significantly.

 As A Specialist
On a mission to help others like myself.

I have training in both integrative medicine from the University of Arizona and am certified in lifestyle medicine from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. I understand the power of pharmaceutical drugs but also know that autoimmune disease can improve through a more holistic route as well. I use the knowledge I have learned from functional, integrative, and lifestyle medicine to develop a unique treatment plan for my patients.
