BOOM! Officially board certified rheumatologist. This train ain't stoppin. Hardest test I've taken. Last 8 hour test for a very long time. This is one of the reasons I was MIA past couple months. Not even getting covid last week can stop me from smiling. Update on my experience with covid next.

This is my group that I meet every two weeks through zoom from east coast to west coast for the past year to discuss cases and talk integrative medicine. Our mentor is a rheumatologist and in this picture are physicians who span different specialties. It's a safe space for us to discuss topics that can help patients through alternative care. As you know I was in Arizona all of last week at the integrative medicine fellowship conference where I met Andrew Weil. I met these wonderful doctors for the first time in person and there were so many more other doctors there that believe that medicine is more than just pills.

Every color of the rainbow has something unique about it. That's why its the foundation to my a healthier life. You dont need these to survive but you can benefit from adding these to your diet to keep you healthy. I strive to get nature's skittles in my diet every day. Just starting with 1 piece of vegetable or 1 fruit is a great start to get the momentum going. ⠀ ⠀ You don't have to only eat these foods if you dont want to but you should incorporate different colors to your diet. What is your favorite color of the rainbow? Right now I am craving WATERMELON!!!
